The BBB Business of Integrity Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics is presented each year to four BBB Accredited Businesses in the Tri-State who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to exceptional standards in relationships to their consumers, employees, suppliers, competitors, shareholders and communities.
The BBB EU Safe Harbor Dispute Resolution Program provides a forum for businesses to resolve privacy disputes with EU citizens. The program satisfies the Department of Commerce’s dispute resolution mechanism requirement for Safe Harbor certification.
The Torch Awards honor two companies and one individual in the following three categories: Marketplace Excellence, Advancing Marketplace Trust and Consumer Leadership. Selection of honorees is based on their demonstrated commitment to advancing trust in the marketplace.
